Healing Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat Programme
Experience Himalayan Hatha and Kriya Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, Reiki and Cosmic Healing (Qi Gong) led with gentle teaching approach of Lola Lhamo…
Our yoga journey will start with understanding your individual needs, your life-style and the ways to bring yoga practice to your life.
Lola will develop yoga and healing programme designed specially for your needs on basis of ancient system of Himalayan Yoga, Reiki and Cosmic Healing.
We will also learn the principles of Healing Cooking on basis of Healthy eating & Ayurveda (~the Art of Living) science.
The Retreat lasts for 8 days/7nights and can be extended by your request.
Day 1: Arrival, Welcome, Yoga Discussion. Meditation in the evening. Tibetan or Thai Massage or Reiki session by request.
Days 2~7:
7.30 ~ 8.00: Ginger Chai by Ayurvedic recipe: boosting immune system, warming up the body.
8 ~ 9.30: Himalayan Hatha & Kriya Yoga, Pranayama
10.00 ~ 11.00: Ayurvedic breakfast (porrige, muesli, fruits, coconut milk) or Detox Juice.
11.00 ~ 13.00: Free time (walks in Calamoresca Park, swimming in Infinity pool or the sea, sun-bathing)
13.00~14.00: Healing Cooking MasterClass (cooking lunch together)
14.00 ~ 15.00: Ayurvedic Lunch
15.00 ~ 17.30: Free time
17.30 ~ 19.00: Restorative Himalayan Hatha & Kriya Yoga, Pranayama
19.00 ~ 20.00: Healing Cooking MasterClass (cooking dinner together)
20.00 ~ 21.00: Healthy Dinner (Ayurvedic or Italian cuisine options) or Detox Juice.
21.30 ~ 22.30: Meditation
Day 7: For Friday dinner we will have Yogic MasterChef competition between participants who will be cooking their healthy meals on basis of what they’ve learnt at Healing Cooking course. We will share created dishes together and choose the winner.
Day 8:
7.30 ~ 8.00: Ginger Chai by Ayurvedic recipe: boosting immune system, warming up the body.
8 ~ 9.30: Himalayan Hatha & Kriya Yoga, Pranayama

Description of Villa Monte Argentario
Villa Monte Argentario can accomodate up to 17 persons. It has:
~ 6 independent units: studios, 1bed flats, 2bed flats
~ Infinity pool 18×4
~ Sundeck , outdoor spaces, terraces, gardens
~ Parking area
All units are arranged facing the sea and have its own outdoor space access. All are equipped with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, intercom.
The villa is structurally unique. It is located facing the sea on a height of 80 meters above the sea level. Villa has its own private access to the sea.
Villa can be accessed by foot, on free shuttle bus, or car.
There is also additional Residents Pool for the gated community located straight in the sea and green areas for children to play. During the summer the snack bar at the gated community is open. We also provide Full Board – healthy organic breakfast, lunch and dinner, Ayurvedic cuisine, traditional Italian cuisine.
The beach of Cala dei Gessi is within walking distance with an interior walkway to the villa.
The ski area is located on the way to Calamoresca Overview 6,700 km from the town of Porto Santo Stefano.
There is concierge and security guard at night.

About Monte Argentario, Tuscany
Since the early 1960s Argentario is considered to be the destination of elite tourism.
Just in 130 km from the intercontinental airport of Rome Fiumicino (2.5h by car), this area is unique in its shape as it offers miles of pristine beaches and beyond 30 miles of rugged coastline with beautiful bays coveted by yachting.
Monte Argentario, divided between the municipalities of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, offers the visitor a unique experience of nature and tranquility combined with luxury time.
Originally an island, over the centuries the island was joined to the mainland by a nearby sediment process that gave rise to the first Feniglia and follow what Giannella.
There are multiple deligtful restaurants, Golf Club and Yacht Club nearby.
We can also organise the visit to the ship building yard, which provided the yacht for President Kennedy and his family.
What to Do
The sea is just few minutes walk from the Villa – enjoy wonderful beach of Cala dei Gessi. More than 7 other beaches can be reached by car or by a free shuttle service active during the whole summer period.
Villa guests can enjoy the facilities of the Cala Moresca Park (bar, swimming pool with sea water, shuttle)
For children there are green areas in the park for games.
Monte Argentario has beautiful turquoise sea with beautiful beaches and coves that make it an excellent choice for a holiday of fun and relaxation. Wide beaches of fine sand and small coves with sand and pebble, natural creeks and flat rocks. Some are of easy access, others can only be reached by foot paths or solely from the sea.

There are 7 beautiful islands in the Tuscan archipelago, including Monte Argentario.
In order of significance: Elba, Lily, Capraia, Montecristo, Pianosa, Giannutri and Gorgona.
All are relatively easy to reach by boat from the port of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole or from the marina of Cala Galera.
From Porto Santo Stefano there is active year-round ferry service to the islands.
La marina di Cala Galera, stands where once there was a fascinating natural bay. Now it is a modern marina with luxury yachts and sailboats, shops, bars and restaurants.
The harbor is home to more than 700 boats and is a reference point for the private cruise to Sardinia, Corsica and the Tuscan Archipelago.
The golf course is located in a protected natural area in 5 minutes from Riserva Naturale Duna Feniglia e a 25 km dal Park of Maremma. La Laguna di Orbetello, the sea and the slopes of Monte Argentario offer a panorama of extraordinary beauty and create a microclimate that allows you to play golf all year round.
L ‘Argentario Golf Club, that hosts several golf tournaments among the most important in Tuscany and Italy, features 18 panoramic holes for a total of 6.218 meter par 71. The course is certified “Agri Cert” eco bio-compatible and all products used for its maintenance are totally natural.
The’Argentario Golf Academy, in addition to a staff of professional teachers of golf, boasts the simulator TrackMan IIIe, a system of the latest generation for the analysis of the swing.
The field 18 holes and the driving range, opened in 2006, were made by architect David Mezzacane and professional player Baldovino Dassù, Italian flag in the world of golf. The holes were then modeled by a specialist Brian Jorgensen: the result is a path varied, spectacular and technically valid.
