Each Sunday during summer we meet for Yoga & Music Picnic at Greenwich Park!
Time: 11am, we meet at 10.50am by Royal Observatory and then walk to 2 old trees behind Park View Cafe
1.5h Healing Yoga & Sound: Himalayan Hatha & Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Sound Energy healing and meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls
Yoga class is donation based.
Feel free to bring your music instruments & share your music & food after yoga practice :)

2016 World Yoga Day
This year we are happy to celebrate International Yoga Day, becoming part of global yoga initiative of Unify.org
Yoga celebrations worldwide!!! :)
Happy to see you on Saturday, the 18th of June, at Yoga & Music Picnic in Greenwich Park, which will be dedicated to Yoga Day.
As usual – 1.5h of Himalayan Hatha & Kriya Yoga, Meditation, followed by music improvisation & food sharing with friends.
We will start at 3pm.
