Yoga at Hampstead Heath & Regent’s Park
Donation based yoga lesson each day June, July & August at beautiful London parks
Experience Himalayan Hatha and Kriya Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama, and Reiki in this yoga discovery.
The schedule of the classes
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, 6.00~7.30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: Regent’s Park, near The Boathouse Cafe, Hanover Gate, NW1 4NU, 6.00~7.30pm
Saturday: Regent’s Park, near The Boathouse Cafe, 11am~1pm
Sunday: Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, 11am~1pm
The yoga class will be led by Lola Lhamo (RYT200 Yoga Alliance UK).
All voluntary donations go to the Earth Children Foundation which supports several charities for kids

Earth Children Yoga Journeys are back to London!
Lola Lhamo was sharing free Himalayan Hatha yoga lesson in support of Sita Devi primary school at Ashok Tree Ashram of Yogi Ashokananda.
All voluntary donations went for renovation works at the school.
VENICE, Italy. Evening electronic music party on October 11th, and Himalayan Hatha Yoga with Lola Lhamo on October 12th at Marinoni Bene Comune in Venice, Italy.
All voluntary donations went to Teatro Marinoni Bene Comune and the Earth Children Foundation.
